If the item qualifies for return, in line with UK Online Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us you would like to cancel your order, then a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Due to hygiene reasons, items can't be returned for a refund if they have been opened. This applies to face, body, makeup, haircare or supplement items that are opened, or where sealed, if the seal is broken/opened. Read our full return policy here
We offer Free Standard Tracked Delivery across the UK on orders over £30.
For orders under £30.00, Standard UK Tracked Delivery is £3.95.
